I help high-achieving real estate professionals scale profitably and break free from the daily grind.

Because you deserve to lead with confidence—trusting in the right systems, people, and strategy that align with your unique leadership style, not a one-size-fits-all formula from some industry guru.

Here's the truth

You don’t need another generic coaching program or a one-size-fits-all strategy.

I’m the kind of business strategist who’d rather spend hours refining a growth plan than watch talented entrepreneurs stay stuck in the daily grind. So when my own business reached a breaking point—demanding more of me than I could give, I tried working harder, pushing longer hours, and doing everything myself.

At first, I thought scaling meant just hiring more people or adding more tasks to my plate, but as time went on, I realized real growth comes from systems, leadership, and alignment—not just more hustle. I couldn’t help thinking, what if success didn’t have to mean burnout?

So I began testing smarter strategies, refining leadership structures, and building a business that worked without me. And Lindsey Litton Coaching Collective was born—to help high-achieving real estate professionals scale profitably, lead confidently, and create a business that truly gives them freedom.

I am not just a coach

I’m here to help you transform your life through your business.

I’m not here to give generic advice or just hold you accountable. I’m here to help you create a business that truly works for you, design systems that give you freedom, and guide you in stepping into your role as a confident leader. Real success isn’t just about growing your business—it’s about building a life you actually want to live.

When you truly build the life you want to live, you unlock the ability to impact others—your family, your team, and the communities you serve. Imagine a business that gives back to the homeless, creates jobs for the underemployed, or helps fund clean water initiatives in developing nations. When you stop operating in survival mode and start running your business like a business, you see opportunities beyond just closing sales—you see a way to change lives. That’s the power of stepping into real ownership. Let’s build something bigger—for you and for the world around you.

So how’d I get here…

I never planned on becoming a real estate agent.

In fact, I thought of realtors as cringy salespeople—right there with used car salespeople.

I got into real estate because no one would hire me. After a military move to San Antonio, I lost my corporate job, and being a military spouse seemed to be a red flag to every hiring manager I met. With a baby, two dogs, and my family living out of a hotel, I knew I needed to figure something out—fast.

That’s when I started thinking about how I could serve the military community—my community. After talking with my realtor about getting my license, I took the real estate exam and never looked back. What I didn’t realize at the time was how much real estate would change my life.

I hadn’t noticed how much losing my corporate job had affected me. I felt lost, without purpose. Real estate gave me that purpose back. It wasn’t just about selling homes—it was about helping military families navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

And then, I built something bigger.

I went from selling zero homes to becoming Rookie of the Year and scaling to 120 transactions by year four. When my family moved to Colorado Springs, I kept my real estate team running while launching an online referral network connecting military families with pre-screened realtors. That network grew to 55,000 military families and formed partnerships with top brands and sponsors.

Eventually, I sold both my real estate team and my referral network. But I wasn’t done.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other business owners break free from the daily grind, scale with confidence, and build businesses that give them freedom, impact, and purpose. Because when you stop operating in survival mode and start leading with intention, you don’t just build a successful business—you create opportunities to change lives.

Business should be fun—And I make sure it is!

I might be a business strategist and coaching pro, but let’s be real—after cranking out killer website copy or mapping out a high-converting campaign, I probably need a break. My high D, high I energy is always ON, but when it’s time to recharge, I keep it simple: family, adventure, and a whole lot of self-improvement.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember—my first business? Selling Twizzlers in my front yard, employing all the neighborhood kids… and never actually paying them. (Lesson learned: leadership starts young.) Now, my world revolves around my husband, my kids, and overly needy furry sidekick, Po. We’re happiest at home, baking chocolate chip cookies, watching movies, or planning our next big adventure.

Speaking of adventure, I can’t live without my Peloton, hiking, camping, and endless vacations. Whether it’s the mountains of Colorado or the beaches of Mexico, I’m all about balancing the hustle with the moments that matter.

And when I’m not working or exploring? I’m feeding my self-help obsession. My ADHD brain means I usually have five or six books going at once, and while my friends swear by steamy fiction novels, I’ll take business books, leadership strategies, and anything that helps me optimize life and business.

At the end of the day, I believe in building a business that works for you—not one that drains you. And I’ll be the first to say, scaling your business should be as fun as the life you’re creating.

"It’s a delight to recommended Lindsey to all my peers.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lindsey as my coach for almost a year. I had some bad experiences with other coaches when I was introduced and when talking with Lindsey I never felt she was a hard sale; rather she was always understanding and made sure to address all my concerns. She’s a strategic thinker and is great with constructs and frameworks. I wanted a coach that went beyond just me reporting my numbers to them and really help identify my one thing and the action steps to reach that goal. More of the mindset of “if you build it they will come.” She has an amazing attitude, full of energy, and always feel she’s adding value to my business.
