In 2014, Lindsey founded The Litton Group. In 2016, she co-founded MilHousing Network, the national real estate network for military families that has helped more than 300 military families buy and sell homes throughout the country.
The Litton Group is MilHousing Network’s flagship team. Together, they share an aligned mission to combat military spouse unemployment, which is 4 times the national average for their civilian peers. To accomplish this, they are creating careers in real estate for military spouses and sponsoring military spouses to start their careers in real estate through their scholarship partnership with the non-profit organization the National Military Family Association.

Lindsey knows the value of technology and media. She built and grew the MilHousing Network Movie
Night Facebook group to over 2,500 military families who enjoy virtual movie nights, together, each quarter. She also created the MilHousing Network’s podcast where she hosted and grew the MilHousing Nation show to 10,000 listeners annually. Her Facebook Live series, The PCS Show™, helps its audience—45,000 military families—relocate to new duty stations. To support these programs, Lindsey has generated $500K in revenue from negotiated sponsorships with national brands.

Springs, Colorado with her husband, two children, and two dogs where she enjoys the great outdoors mountain biking above the treeline, trail running through the pines and hiking elevations 14K feet and higher.

Coach Haley is a holistic business coach, a licensed real estate professional, and a Fierce®-certified facilitator, coach and trainer known for helping entrepreneurs discover their greatness and embrace it.
Based in Arizona where she is a licensed real estate agent, Haley serves as the director of operations for eXp Realty. Previously, she was Chief of Staff at BTG Arizona, a premier real estate team brokered by My Home Group–it’s no wonder she’s called “the operational wizard”!
Haley believes that businesses grow in direct proportion to how much their leaders grow as a people. And with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, and experience as a former social worker and special education teaching assistant, Haley is a proven expert in helping people grow. These days, we are delighted to see Haley’s clients bloom.

Laura Early is a creative strategist who always stands out in a crowd—skilled at quickly assessing needs, developing a plan, and implementing creative solutions. She is passionate about creating events, products, and companies that tell a compelling story.
Laura is the Chief Experience Officer and Founder of WISE Advise + Assist Team, a virtual assisting agency powered by military and veteran spouses. In her role at WISE, Laura has helped over 200 business owners develop strategic and cultural priorities to grow their businesses and increase profit. Laura combines her background in project management and behavioral health to ensure all services, products, and initiatives are mission-driven and reinforce organizational culture. Laura is a proud Army spouse who currently resides in North Carolina.
MEET COACH TULIO PEÑA
From the Rocky Mountains, Coach Tulio is a veteran Colorado Springs real estate professional whose influence reaches around the world. For more than 25 years, Tulio was a solo agent averaging more than 40 transactions a year—with a personal record of 72 in 2017.
Despite success, Tulio realized his affinity for leadership and mentoring had increased but his opportunity to do so had not. It was time to pivot. Over the next six years, The Peña Team grew to include seven agents and four support staff consistently selling 100+ homes per year and being recognized as Millionaire Real Estate Agents earning over $1 million in gross commission income annually.
Tulio credits business coaching as being instrumental in every step of his journey. Besides financial rewards, he discovered his passion: learning and teaching.
